Frequently asked questions
Does AppSheet Toolkit collect my data?
No. The extension does not use analytics, tracking, or an external data-storage server.
Where are exported files saved?
Files are saved according to your browser's normal download settings.
Can I export only selected tables?
Yes. Select individual tables or use the All Tables option.
Can I export JSON and CSV together?
Yes. Choose Both before starting extraction.
Can I export slices and views?
Yes. Check All Slices or All Views in the side panel. Both are collected automatically, so you do not need to open those screens in the editor first.
Are all view settings captured?
Most view settings are captured in full. A few list-style settings such as sort order, grouping, and column order may come back empty for some view types. These are left blank rather than guessed at, so you can spot them.
What happens if I cancel an extraction?
No files are written. Exports are only generated once a full run finishes, so a cancelled run never leaves a partial file behind.

No. AppSheet Toolkit is an independent third-party extension and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google.
